We are the UK and Ireland’s largest independent distributor of IT data storage products and solutions and are a growing and successful business with over 200 employees across 5 locations. We are looking for an Account Manager based in Dublin to grow our Company by managing existing and developing new business. We are offering an appealing rewards package with strong base salary + attractive OTE, Private health care, Private Pension and other benefits.


Responsibilities
We are looking for individuals who are professional, focused on operational excellence, able to exceed expectations and to positively contribute to our profitable growth. Your role is to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and gross profit targets, and to grow incremental and new business revenues. Manage key relationships within a named account base, identifying sales opportunities by up-selling and cross selling the CMS products and solutions. Continuously build relationships in order to win new business. Manage all the key relationships within the Customer.

Minimum qualifications
Ideal candidates for this role will be efficient, adaptable and have strong administration skills Passionate about meeting and beating targets. Last 3 years proven track record of consistent achievement of sales targets Proficient user of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Excel. Proficient understanding of Information Storage and Digital Consumer products 3+ years IT sales experience Customer facing experience Established relationships within the IT Channel Cold calling excellence Pro-active
Preferred qualifications
Able to generate new business as well as expanding existing. Strong commercial awareness Extremely high levels of accuracy whilst ensuring tasks get done on time. Positive work ethic Looking to progress their established Sales career Ability to multi-task, whilst having high attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written format, a professional telephone manner is essential Ability to work as part of a team The all important key ingredient of good old fashioned common-sense Resilience Ambitious and motivated to fulfil your true potential
