Description
Our client is a dynamic online and mobile UK focused Sportsbook, based in Dublin, Ireland. Due to continued growth, we want to recruit an experienced marketer with a passion for sport, who will focus on maximising the value of customers acquired through the Sportsbook Channel. Key Objectives: As Promotions Manager, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of new and existing customer promotions. You will drive revenue per customer growth by implementing sound promotional propositions throughout the customer experience.


Responsibilities
• Develop a thorough understanding of the customer base and the impact of promotional spend on behaviour • Develop, plan and implement efficient promotions in order to reduce churn of new and existing customers • Generate promotional activity to continually reactivate lapsed and inactive players in partnership with the CRM team • Take overall ownership for a promotion from concept, planning, execution and ROI • Define and quantify key strategic objectives for each promotion and provide reports on same • Maximise spend, share of wallet, and profitability of all active customers. • Work closely with CRM manager to execute retention and reactivation strategies. • Work alongside Affiliate and Acquisition Managers to develop and implement a promotional acquisition strategy. • Ensure that promotions are consistent, visible, timely, attractive, efficient, relevant and aligned with other areas of the business. • Drive product development initiatives aimed at achieving each of the key objectives above

Minimum qualifications
• Substantial promotions experience in gambling / gaming sector is a must. • An in-depth understanding of the relationship between promotional activity and retention strategy in a Sportsbook environment. • Relevant degree. • Advanced Microsoft Excel experience • Knowledge of A/B testing • Working knowledge of SQL

• Highly organised with the strongest attention to detail • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and spoken) • Highly analytical and ROI driven, happy to be knee deep in data and driving strategy based on insight • Results driven • Good team worker • Motivated & high energy • Articulate, persuasive and authoritative • Desire to live and work in Dublin
