To provide excellent customer service and to drive continuous improvements on customer satisfaction levels.


Responsibilities
The role: • Handling multiple customer queries while providing a 1st class customer service delivery on every contact. • Talking to customer via telephone to fully understand their needs and concerns. • Handling reservations that are not yet fully confirmed, ensuring that we confirm the bookings as soon as possible and within our internal and customer agreed timeframes. • Calling customers to discuss and resolve all booking/availability issues. • Taking ownership of customer complaints from initial contact through to final resolution, ensuring that all concerns have been addressed. • Building strong relationships with external partners and suppliers in order to fully meet the needs of our customers. • Ability to make judgment calls, the ability to make sound decision, a desire to make decisions and demonstrate a sense of responsibility, professionalism and confidentiality.

Minimum qualifications
The competencies you will need to demonstrate: • Excellent communications skills with an exceptional telephone manner. • The ability to communicate complex & difficult information with excellent written and grammar skills in all internal and external forms of communication. • Outstanding team working skills with the ability to self-motivate in a pressurised environment. • Excellent organisational, analytical and attention to detail skills with the ability to handle multiple queries at one time. • Strong relationship building skills. • Excellent persuasion and influencing skills. • Strong ability to help identify solutions, not just the problems.
