Supporting a global brand - you will be a member of the Technical Support team with plenty of potential to develop your career.We are looking to recruit talent for our English and Multilingual teams.


Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities: • Support business customers • Gather information, troubleshoot and resolve issues of all types • You should have a strong customer service background • You should also have a passion for customer satisfaction • You should possess exception attention to detail • You must have strong communication skills by phone or e-mail • You should enjoy working in a fun team environment and be able to meet and exceed personal targets

Minimum qualifications
• A working knowledge of DNS • Familiarity with Google Apps is an advantage • Experience with Windows desktop and server • Experience of Networks • Troubleshooting experience • An understanding of Webmail • Previous experience of customer facing technical support would be a distinct advantage • Fluency in both French, Dutch or German and English (both written and oral)
Preferred qualifications
• Excellent time management with the skills and ability to prioritise workloads • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and attention to detail • A team player with excellent interpersonal skills • Committed to continuous development • Quality focused
