Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities • Act as point of contact for all customers that focus on Nest hardware, software and services. • Maintains ownership of cases through final resolution. • Nest support policies. • Troubleshooting. • Effectively communicates with team members and customers. • Working with internal systems and and documenting each call via a client ticket system.

Minimum qualifications
Essential Requirements • Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and Verbal). • At least 6 months experience in a busy call centre environment and/ or high volume retail customer service. • Be tech savvy with a keen interest in consumer based electronics. • Critical thinker with exceptional time management and prioritizing skills. • Ability to work changing shift pattern and weekends. • Immediately available.
