Working on behalf of some of the largest charities in Ireland, we are running child sponsorship campaigns, which are proven to be one of the most powerful ways to fight poverty. We are looking for articulate, confident, determined individuals to join our team of passionate and hardworking fundraisers. Our fundraisers are working in both private sites at events, and door-to-door. We provide you with a unique skill which, when mastered, will make you exceptionally qualified for a future career within the charity sector. We do offer career advancement opportunities ourselves also to those who successfully master the art of fundraising. This is a performance-based role where fundraisers are expected to meet and exceed their targets on a weekly basis. All necessary training and development is provided to ensure all employees have every opportunity to become accomplished fundraisers. We are looking for tenacious people who will inspire members of the public to sponsor a child, and change not only one child’s life in doing so, but a whole community’s. We offer a competitive basic wage of €400 per week, plus performance-related pay. The targets are realistic and very achievable, and we do offer continuous support to our fundraisers to help them achieve it. We are an equal opportunities employer and we welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons regardless of their sex; religious belief; political opinion; race; age; sexual orientation; or, whether they are married or are in a civil partnership; or, whether they are disabled; or whether they have undergone, are undergoing or intend to undergo gender reassignment.
