We are looking for an experienced QA Analyst to ensure that the quality of service levels of the company platforms are constantly maintained. The chosen candidate will be making sure that all aspects of the software are properly tested and all the QA process of company product development lifecycle is followed. Today, the combined areas of expertise make us the best partner to support hospitality property owner in a versatile world. During the past decade hotel tools and systems have changed dramatically. The payment offers from current provider however, have not changed for the past 20 years. With this in mind, our client is here to offer innovative services adapted to hospitality needs and to the challenges their business faces. Our client will equip them with a digitalised billing tool that has value added hospitality-specific features and comes in as a native part of their partner software.

Your role: • Test the newly developed features, from functional and technical point of view to ensure quality is met; • Report detailed and insightful test results related to your findings; • Create bespoke documentation including test approaches, test plans, daily updates; • Create new test models to expand test coverage; • Develop and maintain automation testing tools. • Our main testing framework is currently Jmeter integrated with Selenium, but would consider any suggested improvements; • Document and agree non-functional/functional test approach and test strategy document with Development team; • Maintain technical documentation to ensure knowledge is shared and performance testing methodologies and capabilities are communicated effectively.

Minimum qualifications
What we are looking for: Essential: • A minimum of 2 years experience in web application testing; • Bachelor's Degree in computer science or equivalent; • Knowledge of various test methods, techniques and procedures; • Unit, integration, functional and regression testing; • Comfortable working with a API and UI testing; • Experience with relational databases, preferably MySQL; • Understanding of the entire software design, development and deployment lifecycle; • Previous experience within high volume transaction industries; • Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills; • An analytical thinker with high attention to detail; • Excellent communication skills; • Ability to work well as an individual as well as a team. Desirable: • Understanding of financial services, banking or ecommerce payment transactions processing would be an asset; • Exposure to Linux/ PHP will be considered an asset.
